The Hydraulic Control Unit is light weight, compact design & single piece configuration constructed in steel box section frame works aluminium covers built to BS 12079

Skid frame has four lifting points for crane handling integral forklift pockets for ground handling

The Hydraulic Control Unit is designed & constructed to operate surface-control subsurface safety valve, hydraulic master valve, 2 ram BOP, stuffing box & test line

All the hydraulic tubing & pump assembly can be accessed from rear of the panel for any maintenance

Each air driven hydraulic pump is provided with back-up hydraulic manual operated hand pump

These hand pumps are positioned behind operator control panel and are operated while facing the panel, as the handles are taken out from the slots on panel

Waring system is audible and give operator to be alert if hydraulic or air pressure drops below the preset levels. On the SCSSV and HMV and one on the air supply

When emergency shut down button is activated, the hydraulic pressure on the SCSSV & HMV is released back into reservoir

Lift flap turn cover over the button prevents accident shut down
